Grenades
A grenade requires a core. There are many cores, depending on the type of effect you desire. If you are carrying more than one type of core, you can choose which core you want to be using from the Options menu / Equipment Options / Choose Grenade Core.
If you throw an empty grenade, then nothing happens. Be sure to buy grenades AND grenade cores (marked by a minus sign).
- - Acid Core
- Throws out a spray of acid on surrounding objects.
- - EMP Core
- Applies the Electro-magnetic pulse effect to those in range.
- - Flash Core
- Applies the blind effect to those in range.
- - Napalm Core
- Applies the burn effect to those in range.
- - Poison Gas Core
- Throws out a poisonous gas cloud.
- - Radiation Core
- A short-lived radiation source.
- - Shrapnel Core
- Your typical grenade explosion.
- - Smoke Line Core
- Throws out a string of smoke clouds.
- - Remote Bomb Core
- A deployable explosive charge that must be detonated with a Remote Detonator. Tampering with these charges is dangerous.
