Deployables
Deployables are usually carried on one's back. Some deployables are so
heavy and bulky that only the specially-constructed Engineer armor can
move while carrying them.
- Accelerator
- The accelerator will propel a player who steps on it in the direction
that they are facing. If you're going for distance, be sure to point
to the sky.
- Backup Generator
- The backup generator will take over when the main generator is disabled.
This allows Engineers to place their power sources in more defendable
areas.
- Barricade
- Nothing more than big crates meant to slow down enemies or block
off a passageway.
- Blast Cover
- The blast cover is a large metal cover that can be used in a variety
of ways by clever Engineers.
- Blast Platform
- The blast platform is like a blast cover, but always deploys horizontally.
- Blast Wall
- The blast wall is an enormous metal wall that can only be deployed
outdoors.
- Flag Stand
- This is simply an alternative flag stand. Once deployed, you can
move your flag to this stand, which may be easier to defend.
- Hover Pad
- This enormous surface can be deployed in mid-air and maintain its
altitude unassisted.
- Large ForceField
- A large forcefield for controlling access to areas or other purposes.
- Nuclear Waste
- A large cylinder of highly radioactive material.
- Shield Generator
- This generator will provide all objects in the surrounding area
with shields.
- Small ForceField
- A smaller forcefield.
- Teleporter
- Teleports players from one teleporter to another. More than two
teleporters may be deployed at one time.
